# Settings

> Your practice, team, sign-in rules, agreements, API keys and appeal button.

**Settings** is for owners and admins. Each tab:

## Practice

Your practice's name, contact details and time zone, and the **billing email** our invoices go to. Also how
patients see you: display name, color and logo, used on patient links and the appeal button.

## Team

Invite people by email, choose their role (owner, admin or viewer; see
[Your team](/guides/getting-started#your-team)), resend or cancel invitations, and remove members.

## Sign-in

* **Sign-in methods**: password is always on; switch Google, magic link and passkeys on or off for your practice.
* **Two-step verification**: require it for everyone in the practice, with a grace period to set it up.
* **Single sign-on**: connect your identity provider with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, and optionally require it
  for your email domain.

## Agreements

Your business associate agreement and your practice engagement: sign them, see their status and download signed
copies.

## API keys

Create keys for the [claims API](/api-reference/introduction) with **Send claims**, **Read claim status**, or both.
A key is shown once when you create it, so copy it then. Keys expire after a year; revoke a key any time. See
[Authentication](/api-reference/authentication).

## Appeal button

The setup for the [appeal button](/guides/patients#the-appeal-button), shown once our team switched it on for your
practice. Read-only: to change the allowed websites, contact us.
