Limits

Both endpoints count toward the rate limits.

When you hit a rate limit

You get 429 with a Retry-After header (also in the body as retry_after), in seconds:

Wait that long, then retry. Retrying a send is safe: claims you already sent come back with created: false.

Send them in batches of up to 100. 60 requests a minute is up to 6,000 claims a minute per key.
